Source-grounded decision support means people can see the records behind a finding, how it was reached, what is uncertain, and what is missing. That visibility supports review; it does not make an answer automatically right.
Plurality
Keep disagreement, uncertainty, and unresolved questions visible rather than manufacturing consensus.
Permission
Be clear about who authorized information to be used and under what conditions.
Revision
Make it possible to correct the record, add context, and challenge a claim.
Refusal
Recognize that some knowledge should not be collected, retained, or made searchable.
Benefit
Ask who benefits from a system and who may be exposed or burdened by it.
